Connecting People and Cultures Through Food

Connecting People and Cultures Through Food

S1 EP3 with Jeremy Fall

“Food brings people together on many different levels. It’s nourishment of the soul and body; it’s truly love.”

If you love a delicious bite and the story behind it, you’re really going to enjoy this episode of NextPlay! For Episode 3, I sat down with well known LA restaurateur and startup founder, Jeremy Fall. Admittedly, I was pretty excited for this interview, as I’m a self-proclaimed foodie. But that’s a term that today’s guest genuinely dislikes. Surprised? I was too! You’ll have to hear him out, though, he has good reasoning for his stance.

Jeremy’s unique outlook on food, culinary culture, and the restaurant scene are what makes speaking with him such an engrossing experience. He shares his opinions and experiences about the industry candidly, which is refreshing!

What makes Jeremy’s take on creating culinary hotspots truly unique is the way he shines a spotlight on experience and emotion as they relate to food. Every restaurant is a love letter to LA culture. He is truly a creative genius when it comes to developing restaurant concepts that bring people together and creating atmospheres that encourage connection.

In this episode, we discuss how Jeremy got his start in the restaurant industry, the remarkable bar and restaurant concepts he has built, current and future food trends, and so much more!
