Dr. Davidds chose to fundraise for her favorite multicultural women’s leadership organization, which offers leadership and entrepreneurship training for BIPOC women and young girls. The foundation works to leverage BIPOC women’s “cultural capital” through customized gender and cultural education, access to business capital, mentorships, and a support network that empowers women to build meaningful teams.
